1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 499app ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 499app website located at 499app.pro and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional or bonus activities offered therein.

Each individual may hold only one account on 499app. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden. If 499app detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, winnings voided, and balances forfeited pending review. 499app may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during routine account review — and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

How funds are managed on the 499app platform

499app supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, as well as transfers from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT; no currency conversion fees are applied to your account balance.

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to another person — are strictly forbidden. 499app reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source and suspend your account if a third-party deposit is detected. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into your account, and only to accounts registered in your own name. Before your first withdrawal is processed, 499app may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. 499app reserves the right to delay processing withdrawals pending completion of this verification, and to request additional documentation where fraud or money laundering is suspected.

4. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

In the event of any conflict between those provider rules and these Terms, the provider rules shall take precedence for in-game decisions; these Terms shall govern all account-level matters.

All bets placed are final once confirmed. 499app does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except in the specific circumstances defined by individual game rules (for example, where a live sporting event is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed). Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on 499app cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports as made available from time to time. All odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment the market is suspended. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at 499app's discretion. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless the event is subsequently voided under the applicable rules.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to breach of these Terms, 499app reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel outstanding bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending completion of any ongoing investigation.
